New to Telus and cannot access to change theme packs
Hi, Switched over to Telus less than a week ago and I cannot access the tools to manage my telus selected theme packs. When I use myTeus online and click the link to manage I get an error page. ...

Retired telus customer service rep and TV tech as well. Sorry about the response by El-Eric. First we should have gotten the error message from you. 2nd we didn't answer the app question. Hopefully everything is working now. There's great support at telus.com about how to troubleshoot TV, account issues, app issues etc
