New PVR not recording?
My new PVR (a replacement) install went well BUT when I try to record a program it gives me the error message PVR is offline.
Reboot of the PVR and modem did not solve this. Removing the power and restarting both devices did not solve this.
Thoughts appreciated. Thanks

Telus support called back and after some magic at their end (and a couple of call backs) I'm in business again. The new PVR is recording as it should.
