New Boost 7 (B30A) Customer, No Admin Access
It is possible that I am missing something but I am trying to gain access to change the network and password and when I try to log in on .1.254 and put in the default password it says incorrect password or username (admin).
It is connected from what I assume is the fiber modem.
I have pressed and held the reset button for the 10 seconds as recommended, still no luck.
Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance.

.1.254 is your NAH (the fibre router). Take the cover off it, and you will see the password for it. Once in it, you can find the boost listed as connected devices; it will also give you its IP. Click it, and this will give you the web interface for the Boost 7. Use the admin password that's located under the boost unit. Boost unit rest does not work for me, but you can reset it in the web interface.

The Boost, at least the Wifi 6 model I have, is separate from the gateway / router. The main router has the 1.254 IP address. The Boost will have it's own separate one. If you can get into 1.254, it should list the IP for the Boost itself. The Boost IP can vary as it's not usually set as a static. For example, my Boost currently ends in 1.67.

Yeah... we just received ours as well and I can not add it in the connect app or login via browser. Something that should have been implemented BEFORE rollout of these devices to home service customers😒.
The temp password is not a vibe.
