Need access to wifi6 booster BA21A through Chrome or IE browser

Hi,

We have fiber Internet with BA21A booster installed. We dont have smart phone to use TELUS Connect APP. I used to access to old wireless router/booster by IP as 192.168.1.254 through Chrome or IE and enter User ID and PW when prompted. Now using the same IP in the browser, I entered the Admin and PW that posted on the bottom of the Wifi6 booster ( white cylinder) and it failed every time.

Is there a way to retrieve the ID and PW in the booster?

My setup .. Nokia fiber modem RJ45 to Hub/switch ( since I could not take it apart to verify model) finally another RJ45 to Wifi6  BA21A.
