Missing Channels

A few weeks ago i was speaking with a tech about my mini upgrade. After dealing withe issues he recommended I upgrade my account to better fit with yhe new series. I was assured my service would not change. I immediately noted a number of nissing channels which were restored. My wife (who watches more than I do) recently reurned from a trip and noticed additional international NEWS channels missing. Can ghese please be restored? 821(BBC), 825 (Al Jazeera), 827 (CNN International), 831 (Eurovision) . Again, these are channels we had BEFORE we were upgraded. Thank You.
