2 years agoThe email you received from [email protected] is not from Telus but can be from an affiliate.
- Official Telus Emails: Emails from Telus will always come from an address ending in TELUS.com.
- Personal Information Requests: Telus will never ask for sensitive personal information such as your PIN, passwords, or credit card details via email.
- Unsolicited Offers: Be cautious of unexpected offers or deals, especially from unfamiliar email addresses or domains.
