I hope you can help us! Because I see that Telus associates don't want to help us!!!!!
We lived in our apartment for two years in peace with our Telus bill, which included a discount from our rental company: "Broadstreet Properties." In the beginning of July, my family and I moved to a new apartment. The rental company next door is still the same. We got a discount from our rental company again. But those things happened! My daughter called from June till July a couple of times about: 1) needing to change our new home address! 2) why we got a huge bill without a discount?For a month, my daughter called to find the answers and help! After a month, finally someone changed our bill, and the associate said, "Don't worry, you have your discount, and your home address will change, too, it just needs time."And our home address has not changed for more than two months! I tried to change our home address online. On the laptop it shows the correct home address, but on my app on my phone, it shows the incorrect home address! Why?About our bill, yes, it changed. But now we got the same huge bill again, without discount, with the same price as it was a month ago. Why?And now we have a new issue with our TELUSTV-21T. We can't watch our Telus TV with our account! We can see only the "Guest account"! Sometimes we need to wait 5-10 minutes to see something on the TV, or nothing happens! Why? On my phone our Account is working!We can't understand what is going on!
We've been part of Telus for more than two years!
Why can't associates change our new home address?
And why did we get a huge bill again if we have a legal discount from our rental company?
Why my daughter need to make a call every month?
Why is my daughter waiting on the phone for one associate after they sent her to another one, and nobody is picking up the phone for more than an hour?
Why my family need to worry about those things every month?
Is this is Telus attitude to everyone?Can't wait for your response, because every associate on the phone, in-store, and our rental associate said the same as we're thinking: "This is not okay!
