Hi KHR, thank you for the reply. I just had a chance to test it out again and it works on both the set-top box and my mobile app. When I last tried that it didn't work it was a pre season game so maybe they don't allow recordings for those games for some reason?

I'm currently using the Telus TV+ Android app. I haven't tested it yet on the Optik TV box.

I'm not sure when the latest model came out. Last summer I signed up, so whatever model you had then.

I just tried on my android phone and it's working for me, so I have a few questions to get us on the right troubleshooting path:
- do you have cloud recordings on your account (i.e. you can normally watch recordings on your mobile)?
- what's the model of your set-top box (found on the sticker on the bottom of the box)? or, altermatively, does your remote have Netflix and Prime Video buttons?
- can you watch these channels live (even if there's no game airing currently, you'll still see a screen that shows the Centre Ice logo with 'Currently, there is no game...')?
- what error message do you see on your phone when you try to set a recording?
