How can I contact actual management

 Report issues I have had with Telus online and in person resolving being frauded and home services. Lied too. Mislead. Given attitude for no reason when I was pleasant. And trying to steal me from Shaw with false promises of doing better than Shaw. Not happy and I do not want my complaints to fall on deaf ears. Spent hours running in circles going nowhere and in some way's farther backwards. Close to 16 hours on the phone. Will not give good reviews, send people until these matters (more than one) are resolved. My phone is through is TELUS and considering a different carrier when contract is up. I am worth more than I have been treated. Number one. If you want to poach customers from other service providers, you best at bare minimum meet or beat what the customer already has. Retarded way of thinking that customers will take less than they currently have for more money than they spend now each moth. Who comes up with these plans and then promotes your service as the best when in actual fact, it is not.
