Guy wire relocation
Can you give me the direct telephone line to talk to Telus Plant folks about a guy wire needing to be relocated due to new garage build? I can't get to anything but front facing client related customer service folks.

611 repair. or 1-888-811-2323 to call from a non-telus line.
Or can try Building Industry Consultation Service who are there to deal with developers and building projects

The big question will be is that pole Telus only or are there other utilities sharing the pole? If shared and there is electrical, the pole will likely be Hydro's property. Very few poles are Telus' property.
