Goldrush - season 15. 2024 - zero episodes
Anonymous, any form of resolution to try? Is this clerical error or due to subscription/ canada access issues ?

Could Telus ditch USA network, and bring us the programming we want, such as all series Goldrush and all series Deadliest Catch.

We appreciate your feedback! While we strive to offer a variety of programming, channel availability is determined by content agreements. We'll be sure to pass your request along to our team for consideration.

So are you saying that I now have to purchase more channels to get the show seried that I was already watching, and was half way through the season when it suddenly changed?

Telus doesn't control the content made available by broadcasters. Warner Brothers, the main owners of the Discovery series of channels, and many others, started moving a lot of content to Discovery+ a while ago. Rogers and Bell fighting it out for broadcast rights to channels made it worse. Bell lost the broadcast rights to all of US content that aired on Discovery / HGTV / Cooking Channel, etc.. Bell still owns the rights to all of the Canadian content that aired previously on Discovery / HGTV / Cooking Channel, etc..
Rogers hasn't let a single other service provider pick up the new neutered Discovery channels, etc., yet. That is Roger's / Shaw's usual behaviour in situations like this. They'll eventually let the other carriers have access to the channels and US content, but there's no saying when they'll allow it. Could be a few days. Could be a few weeks.
In the mean time Warner Bros. / Discovery is trying to get as many people to sign up for Discovery+ as possible. They're trying to make back profits lost on a number of their bad deals and acquisitions in the last year or two. The rest of the content will likely end up moving to Roger's paid streaming service, CityTV+, which Rogers did previously announce months ago. There is no easy answer right now other than to wait until Rogers finally lets others have access to the channels and content.
