First time Telus user
So I just switched from Shaw yesterday and have a few initial observations. Tell me if I’m wrong here: 1) tried to set up an automatic recording for the oilers games and it looks like there’s no wa...
no changes, same issues continue. Occasionally a new one surfaces
So you still can’t set a series recording for just one hockey team? You still can’t lock the set top box into one profile (like the kids one)? You still can’t extend your recordings to cover overtime in a game? And recordings still disappear after 90 days or something?
I guess that means Telus sales representatives are lying in order to get their commissions and we need to be on our toes. Very disappointing as all the above features have been standard on Shaw forever.
