Fibre Connect

I have installers here saying they are operating on behalf of Telus (from Fibre Connect) to upgrade our connection- no identification. I have no one to connect with to confirm or validate.

  • Edmonton (Southbrook). I’ve received nothing from Telus directly, just from this vendor who I am not familiar with

      Could you confirm if they are in Southbrook Edmonton? They are calling and visiting constantly and I have no way to reach Telus via traditional channels (phone, email) to verify and they have no ID or verifiable linkage with Telus. I don’t want to step into a scam.

        Hello. Just following up. We've heard back directly from our build team and they can confirm that yes this is legitimate and the Fibre Connect team is indeed working in that area.
