Escalation FFH

I want to renegotiate my home services as I am now charged $140 for internet 150 and $32 for a home line. I cancelled most of my tv add-ons as I was being overcharged too.
As a customer since 1994, I am ready to cancel all my services. The call center has been stonewalling and telling me they can’t offer me much given my FFH discount. 
Are you overcharging retirees to make some money off of us?
