Error Message ERR_AGL_ACN-3545
I spent over 2 hours last week on the phone to have the technician tell me it was 24 - 48 hours to address my help ticket; to which they did nothing. I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes on the phone today...

Retired telus tech support rep. The tech is to do up a ticket, talk to 2nd level they can assign it to app tech support. They should tell you the ticket number and give you the case number. They should follow up within 72 hours.
