Equipment return
I cancelled my home internet and returned the equipment according to the instructions provided by Telus. I paid my final invoice. My account confirmed that I had a zero balance. Without contacting me, Telus sent a charge for the equipment to a collection agency who in turn contacted me last month.
Canada Post will not give me the tracking number (I lost the receipt) but I DID send it as instructed. I no longer have any emails related to the shipping as my telus email was closed. A Telus rep gave me the waybill number but that doesn't seem to be helping me find the package status.
I would like TELUS to supply me with the equipment serial number and check to see if was scanned as a returned item. Also I would like any emails and records associated with the return label.
