Is it possible to use a wired connection instead? If not can you decrease the distance between your Optik box and router?

Fuzzy, excellent link to improve WIFI. It did not however explain how to get that WIFI communication with the internet to improve.
I will repeat my recent within past week success in getting the 500mbps from WIFI that I pay for. While on the phone sitting beside (3 feet) the Boost 6 the internet speed slowly increased from always under 100 up/down to 500 vicinity. Just now 510 down, 442 up. Of course as you move from room to room further away it will weaken.
If you are not getting the subscribed MBPS let Telus know. I have no idea what they were able to do remotely.
