customer service
no network on some channels for days , no update
never offer compensation due to lack of service/connection on channels
service charges keep going up but service/ support go to the other direction,
company first instead of providing better customer service

- regularuserNeighbourSo many times , the network were down from couple hours to couple days . No update from TELUS . Want to talk to someone to find it out, no live agent is available.I used Shawn for more than a decade, they seldom have problem , even had problem , we had been notified in a timely manner. However I cannot get any information from TELUS , not even one time . I have problem right after the installer left . Your technician came on second day and found out the installer snapped the cable when he closed the cover.I never expected TELUS providing this kind of service and never apologized to the inconvenience caused.From Shaw , they offered some sort of compensation due to lack of network service.For TELUS , I never received any at all.Get Outlook for iOS
