Connecting DVR to bridge modem
Can I connect an Arris DVR to a bridge router Netgear R7000 which I bridged to T3200 Telus Router? and will this work? is there something about a multicast signal that it can or can't handle? I d...
I tried with a few routers (Asus, Netgear, tplink. etc.). Never had success in having a 3rd party router send signal to a DVR. Something to do with the IGMP snooping values. Do you have a wireless box? If so, put the DVR in the same location as the T3200, and use the wireless box to watch TV.
