I just wanted to pop in here for a fix I found (temporary) when closed captions work then stop working on recordings. I signed out of my account and then logged back in, captions worked when I did this. I’ve seen posts as far back as 2 years ago and it’s still not fixed. I almost canceled my services because of this problem. I have hearing trouble so I rely on captions.
