Can't adjust Telus TV+ caption size

The Telus TV+ captions are huge, and I've tried many times to adjust the caption size, following the directions provided and nothing seems to work. I've also rebooted the box. Nothing seems to work. ...

Tried that. The size doesn't adjust from "Normal" which is huge on the screen

Did you try to reboot as well? Log out and log back in?

    Tried that, no change. Never had this problem with optik.
