amazon fire tv
I think that the Telus app has disappeared and when I downloaded it on the web, it said my Fire TV does not support. I do pay for Telus cable so this is annoying

This may be helpful:
Upgraded to Fire TV Stick 4K Max and still cannot find Telus + App | TELUS Neighbourhood
Also there may be an issue if your TV is using VegaOS instead of FireOS.
If not hopefully someone from Telus will have some insight.
