Collection Agency Asking for Telus Wireline Payment Without Bill (Fraud)

I have received numerous voicemails starting in February 2026 from Action Collections asking me to call and email them. My credit record shows I owe $378 for a Telus Wireline charge. I have paid every Telus invoice in full and my account has been set to auto-pay from my credit card for many years. I have never received a bill for "Telus Wireline". The collection agency has never sent me a bill or provided any identifying information other than my name. I do not want to call the collection agency and provide more information in case the charge is fraudulent. Please advise how I can resolve this issue. Thank you
