Account Charges

On April 30 2025, we cancelled our internet with Rogers and added it to our Telus phone and TV account.  As per conversations with Telus by bundling all three services,  this would reduce our overall costs.

We were initially paying $17.67 for phone with unlimited CA/US calling.

We are now paying $0.10 a minute for long distance that has incurred ridiculous fees.  We were not informed that our home phone usage rates would be affected and would like all of the long distance fees reversed and a home phone package that has unlimited CA/US calling as we had in the past. 

As you check into my account history you will see I have been a loyal Telus customer and hope you will remedy this issue promptly. 

Please note that with the new Fibre Optik lines installed in our neighbourhood we were being contacted by both Telus and Rogers to bundle all three services and we hope to remain a Telus Customer.

    Hi stim4932 - we are unable to simply pull up accounts without verification done first. We would need to take this into a private setting since there is account information that would be exposed to the general public.
