2 months without service, how about that hold music?
On Sunday I finally got through to some "assistance", and was told the technical issue (my telus login doesn't work on any streaming service that I'm paying for) would be responded to in 3 to 24 hours. Its coming on to 48 hours and nothing.
I was also told that a separate scheduled agent call (not a callback to go on hold) was in a ticket for 3pm Monday, to deal with our service being stuck between addresses. So I waited for that yesterday. Nothing. Crickets from tickets.
The issues are many:
- I needed to move a service in August, initially set it for the start of Sept. When I had to reschedule, the next option was October! Now we are moving again so it doesn't make sense to setup the service and then change it again two weeks later. But I can't change the location and date of service change without a human, apparently.
- So this seems to be connected to the logins not working. Apparently when the first service move was changed, the dates associated with my account were not, so now all of the telus TV+, crave, tsn, and other channels do not authenticate online.
I had tried to call in early September but could not afford to stay on hold. This week I was on hold and between 4 different people for 3 hours on Friday. Then 2 hours on Sunday, but told to expect calls. No one has called. And I have your 3 hold songs stuck in my head. It's like Clockwork Orange Ludwig Van Audio-visual torture!
All this and the internet at my primary service address is so spotty it won't even load the telus chat assist in your mytelus app. But that may also be tied to the authentication issue.

now i'm back on with the good awful 3 songs on hold, now at hour 7 on the phone over the last few days. I had almost forgotten these songs. This is going to give me mental health issues for years!
