Where'd call control go?
I used to be able to access it, add exceptions etc through the website on my PC, not anymore? I know you can *99 to turn it on and off but it was sure easy to change online, why did they change it...
OK, found it in the My Telus mobile app and bottom left under plans/devices online.
Not sure why I couldn't find it last night. 🤪

Community Power UserI just checked and was able to access the call control web page for both home and mobile.
Can you provide more information? Do you get an error what is or isn't happening?
