To help get this sorted, please try these steps:

  1. Restart both your phone and your Wi-Fi router/modem.
  2. On your phone, forget the Wi-Fi network and reconnect by entering the password again.
  3. Make sure your phone’s software and the TELUS app are updated to the latest versions.
