Hello - the issue is with all devices. I can sometimes receive and place calls I often only am showing one bar of signal - I used to consistently have 3 bars. Sometimes I am not able to get a text verification either.
This morning, my work phone cut out in the middle of a conversation (an iphone), my personal phone is a Samsung. I have also tried to use wifi calling but it does not seem to work. I am on StarLink for internet.
Any suggestions?

29 days agoIt sounds like your environment might be blocking the signal from reaching the house properly. Here are a few things you can try to get a more stable connection:
1. Switch to LTE/3G Often in rural areas, your phone tries to grab a weak 5G signal when the LTE signal is actually much stronger. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks and change the network mode to LTE/3G/2G (Auto). This usually stops the phone from "hunting" for 5G and keeps the connection steady.
2. Reset Network Settings This is a quick way to clear out any old tower data. It forces the phone to do a fresh search for the best available frequency in your area.
3. Check for "Signal Shadowing" If you notice the signal is fine outside but disappears the second you walk indoors, your home’s insulation or roofing is likely the culprit. Since we don't sell them directly, you might want to look into a 3rd party booster. They use an outdoor antenna to pull the signal inside.
