Telus Set Up Wrong Account for My Disabled Family Member

I found out yesterday when I tried calling my brother with disabilities that his phone was not in operation.  I thought the top up for his prepaid phone had not been topped up for some reason. 

Looking further into it I discovered his phone had charges for 910.41.  Data charges were applied to a phone line I would never have agreed for him to be responsible for these excess charges.  He would not know how to manage his data and I would not risk these added costs.  

Trying to reach Telus is another problem as all Telus agents are now overseas.  Telus is now apparently not supporting it´s Canadians with jobs and instead choosing a larger profit margin by hiring all its team members in other countries.  The service is now worse than ever, and the responses canned.  

I was just put on hold without being told why.  I then called back and got the same representative. His voice was very distinguishable.  When I asked him why he did not communicate properly, his response was a non response.   Just went quiet and said nothing.  

I have called in to Telus for the 3rd time this morning.

    I am now on the phone with another team member that is overseas.
