2 months agoHello edmiidz, very quickly we're not finding any known issue with this service but can you confirm which call forward option you're having issues with ? (which one are you dialing from your phone) Thanks !

All three forwarding options are failing – *61, *62, and *67.
For *61 (Forward When Unanswered), we tested multiple timeout values including 15, 20, and 30 seconds. None of them forwarded; the calls still route directly to TELUS Mobility voicemail.
This worked earlier yesterday and then stopped around 8 PM PST with no device changes on our side.
