Unfortunately it’s difficult to reach out to a company that doesn’t provide proper support with humans answering questions rather then premeditated responses from recordings which do not address the issues and waste the consumers time. The lack of respect for Telus customers by Telus corporation is astounding

- Marz2 years agoNeighbourNice to know and although I don’t object to automation it’s good to have humans to help. The problem with the Telus system is it doesn’t allow you to chat with a real person and when the machine doesn’t understand it leaves you in an endless loop causing much frustration by wasting time.
