Telus home security APP -error

Hello there!   Having an issue where when login into my telus Smart home App sometimes it errors out then brings up a Koodo web page to log into but im not with Koodo.  Has anyone else experienced ...

    Hi! Here are some troubleshooting steps to try:

    • Clear the app cache and data
    • Completely log out of the app
    • Uninstall and reinstall the app
    • Ensure you're using the latest version

     

    Also, you can try an authentication check:

    • Verify you're using the correct TELUS SmartHome app (not MyTELUS app)
    • Confirm your login credentials are specifically for SmartHome Security
    • Make sure you're not logged into any other TELUS services when trying to access the app
