Took mere seconds Googling "SM-F731W manual". First hit was Samsung Canada.

About Phone says model # is SM-F731W so I went on the Samsung web site in the hope of locating and downloading THE PROPER user-manual for this phone. I took the time to fill out the brain-dead form which does not cater to Flip phones with this model number, so the form becomes unsendable.
I attached an image but don't see it in the posting, nor do I see any editable duplicate, or any edit icon. This outfit isn't just brain-dead it's offensively incompetent.
