If you weren't an existing Disney+ subscriber, it definitely should have. Reach out to our team at 1-888-811-2323 and they can help out with that.

- Cableguy791 year agoNeighbourI was an existing Disney+ subscriber being billed through Google. When I entered the email during activation of Stream+ billing, it confirmed activation success on Telus side. However, payment from Google still happening. I called Telus customer service and they were unable to help. So I cancelled stream plus a d I deleted disney. I will let it sit for a month or so and then try again
