Hello,
I am not pleased with how Telus is handline my issue of returning my phone.
I was promised by the person I spoke to last week that a return shipping label would be emailed to me in 2 days.
It has been 5 days and it has not been received.
Please email me or call.

Your suggestion to go to a Telus store to return the bring it back phone will not work, as I have tried this on two occasions on Telus' advice and they refused to accept it. I need a return authorization letter and/or shipping label please.
