Could you tell me how to send a 'private message'?
I can only tell the information for extra charge is to call your side but without providing me any phone.
I call the phone finding from web about half an hour ago. And, I was told the office was not in service yet(normal) but without telling me the office hour.
Wonder your reply is really from human or automatic reply!

Yes we are humans replying. There is an envelop at the top right-hand of the page. You can simply click that and send us a message. The call centre only opens at 9 am your local time.
