re: Cannot Send or Receive SMS txt messages

Hello,

I cannot receive SMS text message on my account. It tried switching phone and switching SIM card. It still didn't work. I have an iphone and can receive imessage through Apple ID, but cannot receive SMS text through the phone number, even if the SMS was sent from another iphone or android phone. I also tried resetting the phone, and all settings, and it still didn't work.

Not sure what else to try next. Please help.
