Poor cell reception

Hi, my wife and I both have pixel 8 phones. The reception seems to be poor for a while now.  Places that we had full bars now are only showing half.    My wife has a home business and her phone won...

    Definitely not the experience we want our customers to have. You can always try resetting your Network Settings or speaking with our Mobility team. Alternatively, you can visit our coverage map at https://www.telus.com/en/mobility/network/coverage-map and after entering your address, you should see a green button underneath the map that says 'Report an issue'. Click on that and then you can fill out a quick form which goes straight to our network team.
