7 months agoThat specific error typically indicates that your device is unable to connect to the network. This can happen for a number of reasons such as SIM card problems, or incorrect device settings. Does this always happen in a particular area or is it everywhere?
You could always attempt a battery pull, or ensure that you're on the correct network by checking the following:
Android: Settings -- Wireless and Network -- Mobile neworks -- Network operators -- choose your network.
iOS: Settings -- Carrier -- choose your network.
- Amandajay7 months agoNeighbourHello,Thank you for your response. It's intermittent, sometimes it'll connect but not reliably. I typically cant make calls out when I want, but randomly calls will come through, but not all calls. I get the notification at the top of my phone 'emergency services only' (but still have 5 bars) regularly. The internet won't connect pretty much anytime on the network. I have tried manually connecting to the telus network multiple times and sometimes it works but most of the time it says "not registered on network". If I do manage to connect, it disconnects quickly and asks me to do scans for network.Thank you!AmandaSent from my Galaxy
