New to this forum

I'm fairly new to this forum platform. Im more of a problem solver when it comes to mobile issues. So far its been quite good with telus. I'm also somewhat of an IT tech myself when it comes to issues. Its good not to panic when talking to a service rep when it comes to security issues. Its always good to listen and be patient. Its stressful at times, however a calm demeanor goes far and resolves issues quickly.
