New sim card

Hihi, My question is, if i lose my sim card and not my phone, and I get a new one, would I still have the same account number? Thanks

Yes you can get a new SIM. Depending on your cell plan, you can either register it in your account online or by contacting Telus. If you get it at a Telus store, they may be able to take care of it all for you there.

Similar situation i had a while back. its easier to take it in the story and let them do it all there.
