Already checked that. That is why I said "the phone indicates that there is no block"

3 months agomurray3 We stopped locking devices in 2016 (iPhone 7 onwards are sold unlocked) so your device wouldn't have been carrier locked to TELUS. The only thing that could potentially be "blocked" would be the device having been blacklisted on the National IMEI blacklist as the result of it being reported lost or stolen. This "flag" would prevent the phone from operating on networks in Canada and the US.
