Leasing land for cell tower
My tree farm near Aumond Quebec has little to no mobile signal, it seems to be a ‘dead zone’. I read about Telus actively adding towers to their Quebec infrastructure, and I would open to leasing som...

- We proactively identify network expansion needs through our own analysis of potential sites rather than accepting public land offers. However, our primary strategy prioritizes upgrading current infrastructure before developing new locations. Thanks for offering, though. .
Additionally Telus has few towers in Quebec in general. Especially in rural areas. Telus and Bell have tower sharing agreements so for most of Quebec, outside of metro Montreal and Quebec City, Telus users are sharing Bell's infrastructure.
If you have poor signal in your area and are a Telus customer, I'd recommend speaking with technical support. The more reports they get from an area, the more attention it'll get.

Thank you so much for your response, I did see the quote that you sent, before I posted. I made the effort and went through the threads to see if I could find any additional information. I really appreciate your suggestion of letting tech support know, I will follow through on that, and will make a point of doing it regularly. We are rural, not as much of a tourist destination as the locations where they are building new ‘sites’, but all people & all communities deserve to have what is now considered a basic staple of life re mobile connectivity.
The online maps clearly indicated that we have a dead zone in this area, none of the ‘coverage areas’ of the different towers come even remotely close to one another. That being said, there are still dead zone that exist in downtown Toronto, lol, so I manage my expectations re seeing huge improvements any time soon from any of the mobile companies.
I will regularly update tech support at Telus about the ongoing issue, and will also make the time to try and connect with the Quebec owned mobile provider as well.
Now, to find a venture capitalist willing to invest in building tiny homes for my community is next on my list, lol. But seriously, if you know of anyone, introduce me, I have the land.✌️:house_with_garden:
