Mostly hear about this when they call you others have said similar problems. Did you get a copy of what you agreed to before hanging up the phone? Did you call Telus or did someone call you?
I placed the order through the website/app so I have an email that shows what I actually selected for a plan. A day later someone called just to confirm it was me who placed the order
