Good call. Without seeing their account, this seems to be the most likely scenario.
Ikecan When you make a change to your rateplan somewhere in your bill cycle, you're charged a portion for it (commencing from the date of the change to the bill cutoff date). Your usage bucket is similarly affected.

4 years agoI wonder if it's a pro-rated amount of data from when the account was switched to when the month end of the billing cycle is.
