Is 911 fee mandatory for pre-paid plan?
I was charged 8.25$ for 911 fee on March 1st. I was charged before is because I didn't have any balance left then, I think. Why I was charged 8.25$ for 911 fee and is it mandatory to pay?

Community ManagerHey Azteker the 911 fee is mandatory for all phone subscribers (including wireless) by local government to help support the cost of providing the 911 service. The charge varies slightly depending on the province you're in, but shouldn't be $8.25 regardless. We'd need to verify your account in order to look into the charge and see what happened.
