In Mexico… phone won’t connect!
Can you Please reprovision/reset the roaming profile on my account — voice, SMS, and data. i have roaming on and I’ve reset my phone numerous times etc etc. it won’t connect to any local networ...
In case you’re wondering, I have toggled airplane mode on and off a ton of times, turned data roaming on and off, removed and reinstalled SIM card, toggled between LTE/5g, etc, power cycled device, hard restarted iPhone, etc.
I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve been here for 8 days with no service. Going home in 48 hours. So frustrating.
