Having trouble processing your transfer request
Why am I seeing this message every time I log into my account. I'm not transferring anything.
" We're having trouble processing your transfer request. Please call us at 1-877-868-3587 and select 'resolve an issue ' when prompted.
I am not transferring anything to my knowledge. Is it a scam ?
I just got off the phone with tech support. It would appear to be a glitch in the mobile app ( Apple ) software.
They confirmed that no transfers are ordered or pending. I also learned that they will contact me with a code to complete any transfers. I hope they fix this issue with the next app update.
