Official Support TeamIt's most definitely fraud. To go immediately from calling you a "customer" to then asking how much you pay is quite the contradiction.
Our outbound numbers are never local numbers but always remain vigilant even if the number appears legitimate at first. If you shared your info with the caller, consider filing a report with the Canada Anti-fraud centre: https://antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/report-signalez-eng.htm
