Disney+ Unable to redeem the promo "Redeem 24 months of Disney+ on us"
Hi, after logging into my account I can see the promo "Redeem 24 months of Disney+ on us", which is the Disney+ standard plan. After selecting "Add now" it still shows the monthly price as $12.99 plu...
I’m trying to figure out how to redeem it too. It was offered with the mobility plan we just switched over to.
I just logged in into my account and the promo is not available anymore. Can you still see it? Luckily I screenshoted everything while logged into my account. Might have to escalate this and possibly to CRTC, if now one can helps us out here.
We took a screenshot as well which shows it. Hopefully someone will be able to help us.
